In order to get the most accurate gauge of baseline HRV, it’s recommended to start using BioForce HRV after 2-3 days of rest or lighter training. Beginning during the middle of a period of intense training may provide an inaccurate gauge of what your true baseline HRV is. Over the long-term, the readings will eventually work themselves out regardless, but starting during a period of rest will give you the most accurate readings in the shortest period of time.
