1 month of HRV done... now what???

Ive completed one month of my HRV training.  Since April of this year Ive been struggling with adrenal fatigue.  Ive gained 9 lbs and my body fat has gone from 21 to 31%.  Ive since joined a crossfit class 3x a week and lift 2-3 times a week.  Cardio exhausts me at this point. Sleep in non-existant (I cant seem to stay asleep longer than 2.5 hrs at a crack.  Judging by my charts--am I not working hard enough to see results? To be tired enough to sleep longer than 6hrs.
