I have noticed on days when I am especially stressed (e.g., I have to catch a flight so I'm worried about waking up on time), my HRV reading doesn't work due to too many errors. I have also noticed that during the test the red error readings correlate to a fluttering sensation in my chest, which seems like it may be an arrhythmia. I'm guessing that it may be an arrhythmia that is being triggered by very high stress loads....? I have never been diagnosed with arrhythmia before. The frustrating thing is that I never know what my HRV is on those days because I have too many error readings to get a 2:30 sample.
Is there any information about arrhythmia and HRV?
