I have taken a period of time off from training (10 days). During this time period my HRV scores have consistently lowered. I am ready to train again but my readiness scores are very low and red. I am unsure if the readiness scores reflect my ability to train and manage stress or are the result of detraining. I feel ready to begin training but my scores seem to suggest otherwise. I am a bit confused about what to do. Thanks for any help.
