Due to my schedule i generally train earlier in the day Around 10-12 then again around 7-9pm. I always check my hrv when I wake up but the last few days I have started to Check it around 5pm as well, really to see how much effort I can put into my night training.
Can someone let me know if you think that it is worth it? If it is then I am guessing I should compare 5pm results with only 5pm results and go from there?
