I was on a deload week last week and after a poor night's sleep sunday night, my HRV/Readiness has dropped. I took it easy on Monday, but had to redo a CrossFit workout and pushed really hard. Ever since Monday I've been taking parts of my training out, sleeping a lot, but my readiness has now dropped to a 2! Any idea what could cause this? I'm not stressed out, I'm trying to recover the best I can. Any ideas for quicker recovery? I'm taking a full rest day tomorrow. Thank you!!!
