Setting or laying down

Have had system now for 3days & seems to be working great ( no errors on 2 & 1/2 min test while laying down but after reading the book that came with the system should I be in the setting position now (resting hr 38 & hrv 78-90) Thanks

You may want to read this if you haven't already:

I think the takeaway here is to be consistent in what position you measure your HRV.  Since you are just starting I would try sitting to see if there is much of a difference all other things being equal.
