I was wondering if we might be able to enter multiple training sessions in the notes for the day. Possible use a table entry like the following that is used by the program RestWise (see attachment).
There are days that I do multiple activities (each with their own RPE and goal) that affect my HRV. I might run in the AM, get a massage at noon, then do a Crossfit workout that includes strength and cardio in the evening. I'd like to log these so that I can see the correlation with my HRV.
